Job Purpose
Responsible for generating and managing sales for domestic business for footwear vertical
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of the Business Plan and KPIs for the assigned business areas (Safety Footwear, School Shoes) in line with the Business Strategy for TILÂs domestic brand.
- Achieve targets for business acquisition, revenue and profits for pan India.
- Lead implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales/ marketing plans to drive sales (B2B and B2C channel).
- Manage comprehensive database of the various Industries / Security Agencies / Housekeeping Agency, other potential customers. a. Manage key accounts. b. Oversee marketing research and utilize inputs for decision making
- To collaborate with the product development department in creating product intelligence, for example, product/brand adjacencies, affinities, display rules, conducting trend analysis, and ensuring that these are aligned to support and drive sales and conversion
- To build strong relationships with the external partners and consumers - Attend sales workshops, seminars and host events, host sales events for the businessÂs product and play an active role in industry organizations and so forth.
- Monitor &analyse customer satisfaction on design, time, cost, delivery and quality issues. Identify areas for corrective / preventive action
Educational Qualifications
Graduate + Post Graduate degree in Marketing
Desired Profile (Experience)
Experience of 12-17 years post qualification, preferably in marketing B2B sales
Industry Preference
Preferably Safety Shoe Industry
