Job Purpose

Managing International Sales and business development for the PAI business

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy formulation and execution for BD in International market within PAI
  • Manage Key Accounts independently along with order book and achieve sales targets as per ABP
  • Responsible for relationships with existing customers and growth in the customer list Negotiate pricing terms with the customer
  • Develop a customized model of sales for specific customers
  • Marketing & business development of target products in aluminium production companies
  • Key account management of aluminium smelters
  • Managing the entire value chain of order generation and fulfilment in coordination with the operations & supply chain team
  • Customer relationship management through a planned engagement calendar
  • Managing customer complaints in coordination with the product/operations/quality team
  • Ensuring timely submission of documents and approvals for participating in tender
  • Sharing customer feedback to the operations and supply chain team to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Liasoning with customer to provide solutions to challenges faced by the customer
  • Manage and develop team

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) not mandatory but will be an added advantage
  • MBA

Desired Profile (Experience)

  • 12-15 years in BD for industrial products
  • Should have knowledge of manufacturing & quality management of engineered products and process cost evaluation methods
  • International exposure in business development in Middle East , SE Asia, Europe, Africa, other markets preferred
