Job Purpose
To take care of payroll processing, compliances, time office functions & employee separations for footwear business
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll inputs from all location including calculation of canteen recovery, advance, society deduction, LOP & others deduction inputs
- Finalize payroll inputs of staff / workers / apprentice
- Release salary, pay slips as per TAT
- Work on monthly JV & reconciliations
- Prepared and publish PF / pension weekly tracker/ MIS
- Taking care of all related matter of PF withdrawal, pension, PF advance, follow up and related query handling
- Upkeep employee records for annual PF compliance audit
Educational Qualifications
Graduation  Any Post Graduation  Degree in HR / Personnel Management
Desired Profile (Experience)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
