Job Purpose
Responsible to support in improvement of overall efficiency of the factory
Key Responsibilities
- Better utilization of workforce capacity during lean period by multiskilling & skill set improvement
- Implementation of shift system in PPC by centralizing all PPC activities in TLD warehouse
- Increase the PPC in house production capacity as per target with existing production lines in shift system
- Improve TLD premises from warehouse level to production unit level, thereby adhering to manufacturing guidelines
- Attainment in receiving Government grants
- Layout designing for new Line, facility setup across all units
- Implementation of best practices by Cross learning across Various Supply chain & Business related production Units
- Contribution in implementation of Quality Improvement Projects (QIP) like 5S, TBEM
Educational Qualifications
BE Mech
Desired Profile (Experience)
3 - 5 years of relevant experience
