Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for managing and developing the service business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage dealers network across pan India.
• Identify and develop the service business with fleet owners across India.
• Develop the service team for PAN India locations to increase service business.
• Manage critical service complaints of customers across pan India.
• Promote and increase spare parts business across India as per the set targets.
• Plan periodical service camps and ensure maximum customer participation in the same.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and proactive service from service team.
• Maintain and provide necessary service reports and MIS required by management from time to time.
Supervise & authorize tasks as directed by Manager
Educational Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech, DME
Desired Profile (Experience)
12 to 16
Industry Preference
Heavy Fabrication Industry, Experience in Trailer or tipper industry is preferred.
