Job Purpose

The main purpose of the job is to ensure that all issues related to sales administration are addressed

Key Responsibilities

Customer creation with –SSC team LPO creation and processing unit with SSC team File preparations for invoicing Creation of pro-former invoices Invoicing processing unit with SSC team Coordination with A-Sales team for functional matters. Customer creation with –SSC team. LPO and invoice creation and processing unit with SSC team Creation of pro-former invoices Invoicing processing unit with SSC team Pipeline monitoring, relationship with Financers, Activity plan with Sales team and Execution follow up. Any other work as may be assigned.

Educational Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing
