Job Purpose

This position of Techno functional – SAP Business Analyst is responsible for Managing SAP suite of Application and be a part of the Technology Center of Excellence CoE

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, challenges, and objectives. Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP functionalities. Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Solution Design and Architecture - Assist in designing SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business goals and best practices. Support the configuration of SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Supply Chain (MM, SD), or Production Planning (PP).  Ensure that the designed solutions are scalable and meet long-term business needs.
• Stakeholder Management - Serve as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and external consultants. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to align project goals and deliverables.  Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Testing and Validation - Develop test plans, test cases, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).  Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and identify issues for resolution. Support data migration and integration testing activities.
• Change Management and Training – Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for end-users. Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation, ensuring effective adoption of new processes. Participate in change management efforts to smooth the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
• Documentation and Reporting - Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system configurations, and user guides. Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Additional certification in specific areas of tools and Project management desirable

Desired Profile (Experience)

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with data models, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with Group Reporting and Consolidation, Analytics integration via Datasphere, CPI Integration layer, BTP, SAP Integration with Azure Cloud, SSO setups, Fiori Apps
