Job Purpose
Managing general ledger, banking reconciliations, local taxation, MIS and related accounting activities for the business
Key Responsibilities
- General ledger management
- Monitoring receivables and payables, follow-up for payments and obtaining confirmation of balances on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of suppliers & customer statements
- Bank reconciliation on monthly basis
- Accounting of transactions of the representative offices in specific legal entities
- Handle all internal & external audit requirements pertaining to division office
- Assist in preparing financial MIS
- Managing documentation of bills/vouchers
- Liasoning with traders for reconciliations and provisions
- Managing local taxation requirements and adhering to GST compliances
Educational Qualifications
CA
Desired Profile (Experience)
- Experience of 1-2 years post qualification
- Should possess the ability to adapt to ERPs
