Job Purpose

To manage analytics and financial analysis, support performance monitoring, and consolidate reports to aid senior leadership in decision-making and business performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Providing finance inputs for developing strategic planning process, annual business planning, leadership reviews.
Preparation of various month end decks for submission to corporate team viz., BCM, ATC, projections.
Develop reports to present performance on key financial analysis.
Analysis of the consolidated financial numbers.
Anchor business analytics including data management, automation & reporting
Working closely with CFO on various projects undertaken.
Preparation of data for all requirements received from MD, CFO, Trading head office.
Closely working with IT Team for development and automation of various business related reports

Educational Qualifications

MBA Finance / CA

Desired Profile (Experience)

An ideal candidate would be the one having exposure of working on preparation & review of month end and period end (Quarter/Year) MISs and book closure activities, F P & A activities, performing account and balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet preparation, MIS preparation & variance analysis
This will be a majorly Individual contributor role, can take help of other members of specific function as per requirement
