Job Purpose

To manage analytics and financial analysis, support performance monitoring, and consolidate reports to aid senior leadership in decision-making and business performance tracking.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing finance inputs for developing strategic planning process, annual business planning, leadership reviews.
  • Preparation of various month end decks for submission to corporate team viz., BCM, ATC, projections.
  • Develop reports to present performance on key financial analysis.
  • Analysis of the consolidated financial numbers.
  • Anchor business analytics including data management, automation & reporting
  • Working closely with CFO on various projects undertaken.
  • Preparation of data for all requirements received from MD, CFO, Trading head office.
  • Closely working with IT Team for development and automation of various business related reports

 

 

Educational Qualifications

 

  • MBA Finance / CA

 

Desired Profile (Experience)

 

  • An ideal candidate would be the one having exposure of working on preparation & review of month end and period end (Quarter/Year) MISs and book closure activities, F P & A activities, performing account and balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet preparation, MIS preparation & variance analysis
  • This will be a majorly Individual contributor role, can take help of other members of specific function as per requirement
