Job Purpose
To manage trading pipeline for a single/multiple commodities (Metallics - Sponge Iron/ Pig Iron/HBI/IOF)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to develop and deliver sourcing and sales plan of identified products within the Metallics product range
- Manage customer and ensure delivery of volume & margin targets for the assigned geography, basis global product line plans, on a quarterly and annual basis
- Managing the entire value chain of order generation and fulfillment in coordination with the trade execution
- Customer relationship management through a planned engagement calendar
- Managing customer complaints
- Oversee documentation in coordination with the trade execution team such as to ensure zero error in transactions
- Monitor market activities and pricing trends - Market report circulation on quarterly basis to all the key stake holders/customers
- Participate / support in divisional and BU wide initiatives
- Build effective network of insights sharing & connectivity within the Division
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors ( B.Sc./ B.Com/ B. Tech ) Degree; Additionally, MBA would be preferred
Desired Profile (Experience)
2-3 years of work experience in similar capacity
Industry Preference
International Trading of Steelmaking Raw Materials/commodities ( Pig Iron, Sponge, Scrap, HBI , iron ore, etc.) , Exports department of Sponge Iron / Pig Iron/ HBI Producers
