Job Purpose
The overall responsibility of this position is to provide a good level of service to our internal and external customers, work with the operations team with difference time zone & traders and execution and follow-up on transactions of order management
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure sales contracts and purchase orders are issued in accordance with the companyÂs internal operational procedures making sure all costs involved in the transactions are taken into account and recorded properly
- Facilitate approvals and send to respective parties
- Work with Finance dept. to prepare LC (letters of credit) for suppliers and arrange required letters of credit amendments
- Examine draft documents received by supplier and request necessary changes
- Confirm with financial dept. credit limit in place before releasing cargo to customers
- Prepare customer invoices as guided by local Operations teams
- Check vendor invoices, freight and service providerÂs invoices. Ensure they are paid in line with contracted terms of payment
- Assist operations and traders as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Educational Qualifications
Graduation/Post Graduation, Diploma in Export Import, PG Diploma International Trade
Desired Profile (Experience)
- 4 years experience; freight forwarding experience preferred, Export Import Documentation, Logistics Coordination & Operations
- The job needs working as per local time shift

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be able to effectively manage time and work well independently and under pressure
