Job Purpose
To support the warehouse & logistics of New Manufacturing plant in Ludhiana
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overall store operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the store. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy to maintain optimal inventory levels. Supervise store staff, allocate duties, and monitor team performance. Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials/products as per company procedures. Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards within the store. Monitor stock movements and conduct regular physical stock verification and audits. Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of store records in ERP/software systems. Control inventory shrinkage, damages, and wastage through effective monitoring. Analyze store performance and prepare reports related to inventory, stock status, and operational efficiency. Handle vendor and transporter coordination for timely material movement. Implement process improvements to enhance store productivity and accuracy. |
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Supervise & authorize tasks as directed by Manager
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in Any Discipline and/or a professional qualification in Supply chain management/MBA
Desired Profile (Experience)
Candidate having a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supporting Warehouse for any manufacturing unit/ renowned group in India operations
