Job Purpose
To drive the quality assurance function at the Bicycles division and ensure the desired quality standards are maintained from sourcing to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures
- Maintains and improves product quality by implementing checks and audits
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints relating to product and quality
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
- Deploying and strengthening processes through ISO procedures
Educational Qualifications
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Desired Profile (Experience)
- Minimum 5 Years
- Should have experience in a process driven organization with a very high focus on quality; good understanding of quality standards, ISO, TQM, etc.
