Job Purpose

This position is responsible for planning, organizing and controlling of warehouse operations for bicycles business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan warehouse resources and activities in keeping with the company’s objectives and targets
• Liaison with customers, suppliers and transport companies
• Maintain and issue inventory report, entry and exit status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, slow moving & non-moving reports, manpower status report to the logistics manager, ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met
• Plan and implement cost reduction measures in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
• Write and enter daily bank deposits, create daily work logs and do audit of daily labor and billing reports
• Ensure inventory movement and adherence to inventory audit for warehouse
• Suggest measures of improvement and development of the warehouse
• Ensure stacking of components, circulation of stocks for packed & unpacked goods
• Ensure all warehouse/store records update
• Ensure transportation contracts are in place, and ensure timely availability of adhoc vehicle.
• Ensure adherence to TAT on logistics including dispatch
• Ensure follow up on insurance and settlement of claims
• Ensure sharing freight cost per cycle on monthly basis

Graduation + MBA
