Job Purpose

The job holder shall be responsible for all Banking activities

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of bank payments in internet banking. Coordinate with Banks on all issues including BGs, LCs and import loan & collection documents. Control over payments with verification of physical documents with System records Cash flow planning Liaising with Banks for getting timely swifts, clarification on bank charges, collection of supplier original documents etc. Booking of vendor payments in ERP. Bank borrowing schedule update and recon on monthly basis. Bank reconciliation. Sensitize employees for prompt settlement of Impress. Interest and bank charges review and booking. Filing BRELA Return Timely transfers of funds within the Bank A/c as per requirement Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications

Degree in Accounts and Finance

Desired Profile (Experience)

7+ years’ experience Accounting, Reporting and Pre-audit skills Financial control and management skills Proficiency in Risk management Adept in handling Taxation and Statutory obligations Full knowledge of the local laws in the country
