Job Purpose

To take care of contract labor management, time office functions, statutory compliance management & employee separations for finished leather business

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Time office and leave management: (Permanent Workers)
  • Management and upgradation of time office function for Staff, Workers & Contract Labour’ s
  • Maintain and publish daily attendance, overtime report and leave records 2. Statutory Compliance:
  • Legatrix task mapping and updation
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory/periodical returns and challans, factory license renewal and CLRA RC updation
  • Compliance calendar preparation and compliance adherence
  • Updating and publishing manpower dashboard / tracker, PF, ESIC and other compliance check
  • Updating case / litigation details in ROZNAMA & generate reports for management purpose 3. Contract Labour Management:
  • Management of contract labor such as joining recheck, document verification, enrolment on biometric, resolving employee’s grievances, etc.
  • Ensuring adherence to all statutory norms and salary disbursement to contract employee on or before 7th of every month
  • Contract Labour agreement preparation and renewal
  • Finalization of contractor’s monthly wages bills, statutory compliances, disciplinary and audit related matters
  • Tracking contractor’s payments
  • Conduct periodical (monthly) audit for contractor compliance and submit the audit compliance report

Educational Qualifications

Graduation – Any Post Graduation – Degree in HR / Personnel Management

Desired Profile (Experience)

  • 4-5 Years of experience in similar role
  • Should have experience in compliances, employee benefits and various internal and external HR audits
