Job Purpose
To achieve and grow order book for coal trading business in the region
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for running the trading book on coal achieve targets in terms of turnover and margins through spot and tender business.
• Identify and build customer base (including finding suitable local partners to form JV for Tender business) in the target market for coal
• Monitor market trends and identify suitable opportunities for business development / value chain integration
• Develop strategies to increase value and satisfaction for the customers, including potential products, pricing strategies, markets & distribution channels and promotional strategies
• Liasioning with operations and documentation to ensure execution of trade
• Maintaining MIS for respective products/markets and track country’s demand/supply pattern of imported thermal coal.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate
Desired Profile (Experience)
• 7-10 years of experience in similar capacity
• Should have experience in the local Market and existing working relationship with Buyers and ENV/Vinacomin/DBC etc.
• Good connect with key customers/suppliers in the target market
