Job Purpose

Responsible for the day to day operations of the HR function including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, L&D and training and employee retention

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementation of the manpower plans
  • Responsible for Leave management and payroll
  • Calculates payments for employer’s social security, unemployment, worker’s compensation, and benefits coverage
  • Keeps employee records up-to-date for benefits eligibility, insurance coverage, exemptions, changes in role/department, promotions, savings deductions, etc.
  • Management of the institution of company complaint procedure and addressal of employee appeals
  • Dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance guidelines
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Responsible for the day to day operations of the HR function including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, L&D and training and employee retention
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
  • Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate
  • Coordination with individual department heads on KPIs and targets for each individual, support communication of KPIs to all staff
  • Institution of the HR management system (HRMS) and the updation of personnel data
  • Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager

Supervise & authorize tasks as directed by Manager

Educational Qualifications

Gratuate with HR specialization preferred

Desired Profile (Experience)

  • 3-5 years in similar capacity
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and government regulations
  • Ability to take peers and managers along in various change management initiatives
