Job Purpose

This position is responsible for assisting Logistics Executive in managing inbound and out bound logistic for Vehicles. Ensure all incoming shipments are intact and accurate, prepare outgoing shipments, review shipment documentation such as invoices and packing lists, and maintain inventory of shipping supplies. Work with shipping vendors, coordinate returns of merchandise and manage electronic shipping files.

Key Responsibilities

Will be responsible for organizing PDI for vehicle deliveries by sending emails to PDI team for Pre Delivery Inspection She will be responsible for following up duty payments and assessment including with registration cards Prepare and arrange all documents required for delivery to customers including gate passes, invoices etc. Insure all vehicles are in good condition before delivery, he /she must report once vehicles for delivery are not in good condition. she will have to updates deliveries done on daily basis and vehicles sent for body builders Must coordinate with spare parts team for vehicles accessories before vehicles delivery. Must follow up with all delivery process to insure all process are done on time to avoid delays on deliveries , Will update and maintain all delivery books for record keeping. Follow up with sales team making sure customer compliance including pdc’s and any other requirement for delivery of vehicles.

Min 4 years of experience of logistics related matters Must have knowledge in clearing and forwarding Must have knowledge in recording management Must have knowledge in logistics related matters Experience in vehicle delivery Must have excellent communication and computer skill Good customer care service.
