Job Purpose
Responsible to ensure effective Footwear Upper Manufacturing Operations for the assigned unit/division
Key Responsibilities
- Ontime upper completion as per weekly plan
- Maintaining upper quality as per confirmation sample. Minimize rework and rejection
- Educate the supervisors to improve the quality standard as per customer requirement on their respective units
- Reduce the overheads and maintain per pair cost within budget
- Maintain worker discipline and adhere with the HR Policies
Supervise & authorize tasks as directed by Manager
Educational Qualifications
Graduate Footwear/Leather Tech
Desired Profile (Experience)
- 5 - 8 years
- Must have good leadership skilled
